Roofing installer / crew member
Tear-off, underlayment, flashing, shingles, and clean daily wrap-ups on residential and light-commercial roofs across the North Bay.
Service & repair technician
Leak diagnosis, emergency storm response, and warranty follow-up — someone who can troubleshoot, communicate clearly, and leave the property cleaner than they found it.
Estimator / project coordinator
Walk roofs, write honest scopes, and keep homeowners informed from estimate through final walkthrough. Detail-oriented and comfortable on the phone.
Apprentice / helper
New to the trade but reliable, safety-minded, and ready to learn manufacturer-grade installation. Work ethic first — we'll teach the craft.
