The Malarkey Emerald Premium Warranty is the top-tier warranty Malarkey offers on their rubberized SBS-modified asphalt shingle systems — available only through Malarkey Emerald Premium certified contractors, the highest tier in Malarkey's Pro Certified program. It includes 25 years of workmanship coverage backed by Malarkey, full system coverage for shingles plus matched-system underlayment and accessories, and material coverage of up to 50 years on qualifying systems. Northern Pacific has held Emerald status since 2016 and is one of only two contractors in the region with Malarkey Emerald Premium certification.
